Mark Watches ‘Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood’: Q&A Party!

LET US CONTINUE TO LIVE IN DENIAL THAT I AM DONE WITH THIS SHOW. I started doing Q&A wrap posts back with Buffy, though I had a few Q&A parties that were more general on Mark Reads before that. I found that when I was writing about a series finale episode, it was way too daunting and complicated to review that single episode and the series as a whole. So! Thus, the Q&A format was born.

Below, you can ask any question or share things about Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood that will hopefully answer any questions you have about the entire series, specific plots, characters, episodes, etc. Be as far-reaching or as detailed as you like. Also, you can just ask me any random thing you’ve wondered? Expect that the bulk of the questions and posts will be FMA-oriented, but there’s no restriction on the content. I WILL ACTUALLY READ EVERY COMMENT THREAD. Today, I just have a lot of busy work around the house, including laundry and unpacking, and a couple of commissions, so I have plenty of time to hang out and answer questions.

Please make some attempt to read the questions already posed. If you post something like, “I didn’t read any of the questions, so I don’t know if you’ve been asked this….” I’ll probably delete the thread. If I have to read everything, you can do a small skim of the threads. Or search the page! Please remember that I’m just one dude.

Otherwise, let’s have fun!

Congratulations on making it to the end of Brotherhood. I don’t know how you have any feelings left after watching as many shows as you do that break your heart. lol
I only have two major questions for you

Do you plan on watching the first version of the Fullmetal Alchemist anime somewhere down the line just to see the similarities and differences between the stories?

How has your perception of anime changed since watching them?
