The foot's fine. Luckily, my foot is rather leathery from walking barefoot in the yard all the time; so while the twig had to be pulled out and stung a little, it currently is slightly pinkish mark on my foot that doesn't hurt at all. Granted, if I'd wear shoes stuff wouldn't get stuck in my foot in the first place.

What's Avatar: The Lost Scrolls? I've read some of the in between comics and the like but i've never heard of that.
It's a big collection of all the comics that take place during the 3 books. It's got a nice mix of humor and seriousness, and most of the art is pretty awesome, though some of the stories go for a different style, to varying degrees of success.

That's what's so great about Mark Does Stuff- It's the next best thing to watching it the first time.
That was a fantastic ending to a fantastic series.
Sometimes it's best to let a series end . (Though, seriously, we couldn't get a TV movie to follow up on the hunt for Ursa?) From what it sounds like, Korra will be giving us even tighter storytelling so we can all look forward to that when it comes.
Think about it. The staff has mastered the art of story telling. I know it's hard to say goodbye to the characters we've grown to love, but now we'll be introduced to more characters to fall in love with! 🙂

If the story of Chin the Conqueror made anything clear, it's that Sozin wasn't the first guy to have potentially world-unbalancing martial ambitions in this world.

I'm so glad the creators stuck to the story that they laid out to begin with and ended the show in such an amazing way. I would've loved to see more avatar don't get me wrong, but I think if they had given in to stretching out the series as many good shows do it would've killed how mind-blowingly awesome the finale was. It goes to show how well things turn out when you stick to your original story/plan instead of giving in to pressure(usually execs) to stretch out shows to make more money. Thanks again everyone for sharing this great experience,

You know, I still wonder what they did with Azula. Is she in jail? Did they get her a therapist? I know she's a terrible human being, but she's also kind of a victim of circumstance. I want to know what happened to her.
Word of God says that she was placed in a mental institution on a Fire Nation island, and that Zuko dedicated resources to helping her recover.
I think they said she was in and asylum of some sort? Getting therapy. I could have made it up.
I read that they put her in a mental health facility.
Word of God says that she's in an asylum and that there's still a chance for her to recover.

I think the writers know that they didn't answer where Zuko's mom is and what happened to Azula and where the members of the White Lotus went. It's all to make us squirm and by merchandise and make fanfics and stuff. But I hope they answer all of these questions.
I didn't feel the need to know what happened to Zuko's mom. The fact that it was even brought up is proof that Zuko will get closure on this matter, whether she's alive or not.

Ok, so story time. I was looking at this fan art and decided to check out the artist's gallery, like I usually do. I clicked on their "fanart" album and clicked on the first pic, so I could just click the "next" button. I clicked through about the first four when I had to go answer the door for my future roommate. Meanwhile, my current roommate walks in the room and sees what is on my computer screen, which just happens to be a picture of Ty Lee and Zuko in a state of undress. Now they both believe that I'm into ATLA porn. Or cartoon porn in general.

In the end…. Aang defeated Ozai. And he didn't have to sacrifice his beliefs to do it. Wonderfully beautiful.
And even better, when a future Avatar is asking past ones for advice… when all the others are telling him/her to use all forces necessary, Aang can provide a beacon of hope and tell him/her that there can be unique, better ways.
