Just wanted to let everyone know that I just completed a MASSIVE side project where I compiled a list of all possible triggers, phobias, and general thematic scariness issues for every episode of The X-Files. It’s no secret that The X-Files is my favorite show, but I know people are wary to watch “scary” things. So! Here’s a list with every episode’s possible triggers/fears, and it also denotes which episodes are serialized so you know if you’re skipping a mythology episode.
