I still haven't seen any Fringe and as UK resident couldn't really join in with this anyway (and certainly have no effect on the viewing figures), but 6B has a weird significance in Doctor Who fandom:

I'm going to be afraid for the whole episode that they'll surprise us and reveal Fauxlivia's preganancy to our universe at the worst possible moment and everything will come crashing down and be completely sad again.
