I still feel like I\u00c2\u00a0just<\/em> started watching this show. How are we already to season 6? WHAT IS MY LIFE BECOMING?<\/p>\n

Well, this site, at least, will be nothing but\u00c2\u00a0Voyager<\/em> for two full seasons, which means it’s gonna go by even\u00c2\u00a0quicker<\/em>. Thus, let’s appreciate the past for a moment before I barge into the future.<\/p>\n

Season 5 Predictions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Most of this season will track Seven of Nine\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s struggle with becoming more human.\u00c2\u00a0I mean… sort of?<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Voyager<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0will also get another big boost home.\u00c2\u00a0THEY TOTALLY DID.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. And it will come from SLIPSTREAM TECHNOLOGY.\u00c2\u00a0AND HOW.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. At some point, B\u00e2\u20ac\u2122Elanna and Tom will take a break.\u00c2\u00a0Instead, their alternate versions will get married and I am still crushed by it.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. But it won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t last the season.\u00c2\u00a0I tried.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Harry gets a promotion because HE DESERVES IT.\u00c2\u00a0I TRIED AGAIN, I SHALL DIE ON THIS HILL.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Tuvok somehow becomes human at one point. (I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122M JUST THINKING OF RIDICULOUS PREMISES OKAY.)\u00c2\u00a0You know, for “weird” plot predictions, this was pretty good. Alas!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Janeway visits da Vinci once.\u00c2\u00a0I actually miss that studio! I wish we saw it more, but I WAS STILL RIGHT.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. HOLONOVEL UPDATE, PLEASE.\u00c2\u00a0Seriously, I want it.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. A new antagonist arrives at some point, and for this to count, they have to appear in more than one episode.\u00c2\u00a0Oh god,\u00c2\u00a0was<\/em> there ever an antagonist that was new AND appeared in more than one episode? I don’t think so.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. More of Species 8472.\u00c2\u00a0“IN THE FLESH”!!!!!! Also, they were pictured in “Someone to Watch Over Me” as well!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. MORE BORG.\u00c2\u00a0SO MUCH MORE BORG HOLY SHIT. “DARK FRONTIER”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. At some point,\u00c2\u00a0Voyager<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0will find another way to contact home.\u00c2\u00a0OH VOYAGER.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  14. At the end of the season, the crew will get news that they are closing in on the Alpha Quadrant.\u00c2\u00a0NOT REALLY.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  15. ONLY TO HAVE SOMETHING HAPPEN TO SEND THEM FURTHER AWAY FROM IT.\u00c2\u00a0NOT REALLY BUT I WOULD ALMOST PREFER THIS OVER THE NIGHTMARE OF THE\u00c2\u00a0EQUINOX<\/em>.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Not\u00c2\u00a0too<\/em> bad, so let me fuck this up for y’all.<\/p>\n

    Predictions for Season 6<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Somehow, Janeway convinces just\u00c2\u00a0one<\/em> crewmember of\u00c2\u00a0Equinox<\/em> to stop what they’re doing to the unnamed alien species.<\/li>\n
    2. The unnamed alien species is also finally able to communicate by the end of the first episode.<\/li>\n
    3. But all the\u00c2\u00a0Equinox<\/em> crew die as well.<\/li>\n
    4. At some point in this season,\u00c2\u00a0Voyager<\/em> gets a huge boost home.<\/li>\n
    5. Harry is promoted, I TOLD YOU I WOULD DIE ON THIS HILL EVEN THOUGH IT’S A HILL THAT OCCURRED ALREADY AND MY CAMPAIGN CAN’T ACTUALLY AFFECT REALITY BUT I DON’T CARE.<\/li>\n
    6. Seven of Nine develops romantic feelings for someone!<\/li>\n
    7. It’s not the Doctor. SOB.<\/li>\n
    8. At some point,\u00c2\u00a0Voyager<\/em> gets close enough to the Alpha Quadrant to be able to contact home with some regularity.<\/li>\n
    9. There will be 5 new species in this season.<\/li>\n
    10. Neelix will be asked to take on another new responsibility.<\/li>\n
    11. Tuvok turns human? I don’t know, IT MIGHT HAPPEN.<\/li>\n
    12. More Borg!<\/li>\n
    13. More Naomi Wildman!<\/li>\n
    14. We’ll see the Devore again. I don’t know, they were kinda fun in a fucked up way!<\/li>\n
    15. At the end of the season, Tom and B’Elanna will\u00c2\u00a0actually<\/em> get married.<\/li>\n
    16. And the big event at the end of the season: the promise of getting home. Somehow! I’m sure it’ll be super messed up, but it’ll be part of the story.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
