HELLO, EVERYONE. While our uninterrupted run of\u00c2\u00a0Deep Space Nine<\/em> does not last too long before I watch\u00c2\u00a0Generations<\/em> and start\u00c2\u00a0Voyager<\/em>, I’m still very thrilled to get to watch this show back-to-back for a couple weeks or so. LET’S TALK SEASON THREE.<\/p>\n

First things first: predictions for last season!<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. I think we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see the aftermath of Vedek Winn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s assassination attempt on Vedek Bareil at some point.\u00c2\u00a0GOOD LORD, I WASN’T READY.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Meaning we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see both characters!\u00c2\u00a0I STILL WAS NOT READY.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The next Kai will be chosen this season.\u00c2\u00a0LOOK, I’M ACTUALLY GETTING THIS RIGHT.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get another episode addressing Sisko\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s role as the Emissary.\u00c2\u00a0I’m counting “The Collaborator.”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Quark will get locked up once this season.\u00c2\u00a0HE HONESTLY DID.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Dax will meet another Trill this season.\u00c2\u00a0HAVE I EVER BEEN SO GOOD<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Kira will butt heads about Bajoran policy in\u00c2\u00a0DS9<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0with Sisko over the course of a whole episode. It cannot be a single plot confined to a single scene; it has to be the whole episode.\u00c2\u00a0Okay, this is a tough one. Does “Cardassians” count? WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Odo will learn more about his species by the end of the season!\u00c2\u00a0Unfortunately, no \ud83d\ude41<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get at least two episodes that take place on the other side of the wormhole.\u00c2\u00a0so many episodes SO MANY<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see inside one of the holosuites this season.\u00c2\u00a0I notice that DS9 doesn’t really deal with holosuites much, if at all. There’s so much story to tell!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see how Keiko deals with opposition to her school in this season.\u00c2\u00a0I honestly expected to see more of this in season 2.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see Julian deal with romantic feelings for someone other than Dax this season.\u00c2\u00a0Garak counts. GARAK COUNTS.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. By the end of the season, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get a new plot that ISN\u00e2\u20ac\u2122T about the Bajoran reconstruction. T H E \u00c2\u00a0D O M I N I O N\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  14. I DON\u00e2\u20ac\u2122T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO PREDICT.\u00c2\u00a0TRUE<\/strong><\/li>\n
  15. Oooh! Jake will make a new friend on DS9.\u00c2\u00a0Did he? I swear one was mentioned.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  16. There will be at least one two-parter this season.\u00c2\u00a0SO MANY.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    God, season 2 was a lot of fun. And thus, let’s move onwards to season 3!<\/p>\n

    Predictions for Season 3 of\u00c2\u00a0Deep Space Nine<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. We will see who else belongs to the Dominion.<\/li>\n
    2. At one point, we’ll see or meet the “Founders.”<\/li>\n
    3. The Dominion threat will take up a great deal of season 3.<\/li>\n
    4. Odo will learn more about his origins. (I JUST WANT THIS.)<\/li>\n
    5. Another Garak + Bashir episode!<\/li>\n
    6. We’ll get three episodes with Kai Winn and three with Vedek Bareil.<\/li>\n
    7. We’ll get an episode about someone from Dax’s past.<\/li>\n
    8. Kira will break things off with Bareil.<\/li>\n
    9. We’ll get an episode that takes place in the Mirror Universe!<\/li>\n
    10. I will not be able to handle the adorableness of Sisko’s relationship with Jake.<\/li>\n
    11. We’ll see another Trill.<\/li>\n
    12. I still want another episode dealing solely with the ramifications of the Cardassian occupation of Bajor. I’M NOT DONE WITH THIS STORYLINE.<\/li>\n
    13. Maybe an episode solely about Gul Dukat???<\/li>\n
    14. And one about Jake, too?<\/li>\n
    15. I’M NOT READY FOR SEASON 3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
