As previously announced, here at Mark Watches, we’ll be experimenting with watching a show in real time. I love the excitement of liveblogs, so I would like to try to do a liveblog every week for the show Fringe<\/em>, which is currently airing on FOX on Friday nights. Shall we attempt to keep this show alive? YES WE SHALL.<\/p>\n

I’ve brainstormed all week about exactly how we would pull off a liveblog for something that airs at multiple different times for different people. Initially, I wanted a liveblog for each time zone, but worried that would be far too confusing to keep track of. So, for the time being, we’ll stick with this system.<\/p>\n

Each week, I’ll post a blog just like this for our Friday night episode. Like all liveblogs, use the comments below to word vomit and post GIFs and express your head-asplodey moments of excitement! Begin your liveblogging once the episode starts.<\/p>\n
Because we are all on the exact same ground this time around, our spoiler policy for these blogs will be completely different. Anything that has aired in the past is fair game for discussion<\/strong>. Anything that has not publicly aired WILL BE CONSIDERED A SPOILER<\/em><\/strong>. I know there are spoilers for “Firefly” floating around the ‘Net (WHICH I HAVE AVOIDED TYVM), so please, DO NOT POST THEM HERE.<\/p>\n
During the actual liveblogs, go wild. Now, I realize that people in later timezones than the east coast will arrive at a blog with potential spoilers in the comments. Simply put, there’s almost no way to make it so that past comments are hidden, so I would advise sticking to the first page of comments during your initial viewing\/commenting so you don’t see the last batch of comments. Just in case! Of course, once the episode is over, the comments will be safe and you are welcome to go back and reply\/discuss the episode.<\/p>\n
Sound fun? As usual, I will post a review for this episode\/liveblog tomorrow. It will be a traditional review as well.<\/p>\n
