I can’t believe it’s been FIVE MONTHS since I last did one of these, BUT HERE I AM. Time for me to make a fool of myself on the Internet!!!<\/p>\n

All right, let’s go over predictions from last time:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. We will see Jasper again.\u00c2\u00a0OH MY GOD.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. There will be one episode at the barn with Lapis and Peridot.\u00c2\u00a0There were more than one!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see the Rubies again, but not Eyeball\/Doc.\u00c2\u00a0I believe I got this wrong, but blame it on it being FIVE MONTHS since I saw these episodes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get an episode about the Diamonds.\u00c2\u00a0OH, DID WE EVER.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see some of the corrupt creatures that Jasper captured.\u00c2\u00a0H E L P.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Another kindergarten will be revealed.\u00c2\u00a0Okay, now I just flat out have a bad memory. I don’t think we saw another one?\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Steven will fuse with Pearl at one point!\u00c2\u00a0I tried.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Connie will get another training episode.\u00c2\u00a0Oooooh… I don’t think my prediction counts.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll meet another gem we haven\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t seen before.\u00c2\u00a0so many<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll meet another\u00c2\u00a0type<\/em> of gem we haven\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t seen before.\u00c2\u00a0SO MANY.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. MORE BISMUTH. UNBUBBLE BISMUTH.\u00c2\u00a0TRAGEDY.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. Steven will learn how to un-corrupt gems!!!\u00c2\u00a0I would still love to see this.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see Sapphire and Ruby in one episode.\u00c2\u00a0YES. AND IT WAS GREAT.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  14. This season\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s big arc: the Diamonds trying to retake Earth.\u00c2\u00a0Oh god, I wasn’t even CLOSE. I wasn’t ready!!!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  15. The other arc: Steven learning the truth about who Rose Quartz really was.\u00c2\u00a0I still think this is an appropriate guess, and it’s gets to the core of the show, so now I’m realizing it can’t REALLY be answered before the show ends?<\/strong><\/li>\n
  16. There\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be another musical episode.\u00c2\u00a0I’M COUNTING A FEW.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  17. STEVEN GOES ON THE INTERNET.\u00c2\u00a0THE BEST. He made references to it, but I won’t count this because it has to be a full episode about it.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  18. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m scared.\u00c2\u00a0As you should be.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So, not the worst? But oh, the possibilities going into season 5. I’m so thrilled!<\/p>\n

    Mark’s Predictions for Season 5<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. We will get a scene (or, ideally, an episode) devoted to Steven confronting Lars about what he did when Sadie needed help.<\/li>\n
    2. Steven won’t even find Lars until halfway through the first episode.<\/li>\n
    3. The ship WILL make it to the homeworld.<\/li>\n
    4. There will be some sort of public spectacle involving Steven being asked to answer for the crimes of his mother.<\/li>\n
    5. Steven will be pardoned in some way rather than be convicted.<\/li>\n
    6. Steven and Lars will get sent home.<\/li>\n
    7. But not before Lars tries to make some sort of heroic sacrifice to make up for his fright from earlier.<\/li>\n
    8. There will be an episode devoted to Lars and Sadie reuniting and dealing with COMPLICATED FEELINGS.<\/li>\n
    9. There will be another Lapris\/Peridot episode.<\/li>\n
    10. We’ll see another Aquamarine and another Topaz.<\/li>\n
    11. I will at some point be unable to tell what color a new gem is because I’m a mess.<\/li>\n
    12. We’ll find out how Pink Diamond died.<\/li>\n
    13. We’ll see the Rubies again.<\/li>\n
    14. I legitimately have no idea what the season-long arc will be, though. Not one clue.<\/li>\n
    15. So… uh… messed up?<\/li>\n
    16. I’m afraid\u00c2\u00a0again<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
