I just need y’all to know this. I had a (thankfully) brief panic attack when I went to look for my prediction post for season 2. I Googled it because that’s usually the fastest way to find the post I want, but this didn’t work. There was no post. And I started to freak out because HAD I FORGOTTEN TO MAKE PREDICTIONS? HAD I MESSED UP BEYOND REPAIR?\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

Thankfully, that’s not the case. I’m making these predictions here on February 3 (since I’m binge writing in advance of tour), and THE POST DOESN’T GO UP UNTIL FEBRUARY 5.<\/p>\n

This is my life now.<\/p>\n

Let’s talk about season 2 because HELP.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. New headquarters! I think it’ll be Hardison’s hiding spot.\u00c2\u00a0NOT EVEN CLOSE, but at least I got the bit about the new HQ.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Hardison and Parker will kiss, but not as part of a con. GOOD LORD, TOTALLY RIGHT. I’M PROUD OF MYSELF.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. We will get a Hardison backstory episode.\u00c2\u00a0Nope.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Nate will quit drinking by the end of season 2.\u00c2\u00a0SOBS FOREVER.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Sterling will appear in three episodes.\u00c2\u00a0He was in way more. Five?\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Those two goofy FBI agents will appear twice.\u00c2\u00a0Y E S. Well, it was only once, right?<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Sophie and Nate will start an honest-to-god relationship instead of ENDLESSLY FLIRTING WITH ONE ANOTHER.\u00c2\u00a0GODDAMN IT, WHAT HAVE I DONE.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. We’ll also see Eliot on a date with someone.\u00c2\u00a0Well, hitting on women. That happened a lot.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. One of the cases will involve an injustice against a homeless shelter.\u00c2\u00a0HOLY SHIT I WAS RIGHT AGAIN I AM A MODERN DAY SEER. I predicted this, though, because I believed the show would still be set in Los Angeles, not in Boston.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Another will involve IYS again.\u00c2\u00a0YES<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. Another will be set at an animal shelter.\u00c2\u00a0Nope!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. One of the five main characters gets shot.\u00c2\u00a0WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EERILY RIGHT IN MY LIFE.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. Eliot never fires a gun all season.\u00c2\u00a0This is cheating, but still great!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  14. There will be one episode set outside the United States.\u00c2\u00a0Yep!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  15. SET ONE IN A LIBRARY, PLEASE.\u00c2\u00a0If only.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  16. Someone will get arrested at some point.\u00c2\u00a0This is the worst set of predictions I’ve ever done because it’s also the best.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  17. I WANT A JAIL\/PRISON HEIST.\u00c2\u00a0SEASON THREE, MAYBE?????<\/strong><\/li>\n
  18. Heists?\u00c2\u00a0SO MANY.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  19. HELP.\u00c2\u00a0A CRY FROM THE PAST THAT HAS TOO MUCH RELEVANCE FOR THE PRESENT TIME.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good lord, this isn’t okay. I honestly don’t ever revisit my predictions after I make them until these kind of posts, so I’d forgotten I’d said half this shit. Will I demonstrate more of my uncanny prophetic abilities again??? LET’S SEE.<\/p>\n

    Mark’s Predictions for Season 3 of Leverage<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. In the interim, Sophie runs the Leverage team.<\/li>\n
    2. Nate will be in Interpol custody for two episodes.<\/li>\n
    3. PRISON HEIST. The team will try to break Nate out of jail in the first episode, but they’ll fail.<\/li>\n
    4. Sterling will be in five episodes.<\/li>\n
    5. We will not see Tara this season.<\/li>\n
    6. Hardison backstory episode!<\/li>\n
    7. Eliot backstory episode!<\/li>\n
    8. The season finale will focus on Nate’s attempt to finally bring down IYS.<\/li>\n
    9. The team will get a new headquarters.<\/li>\n
    10. Which will be built by Hardison.<\/li>\n
    11. Hardison will get a new van.<\/li>\n
    12. HARDISON AND PARKER WILL GO ON A HONEST-TO-GOD DATE.<\/li>\n
    13. Sophie and Nate will start a relationship.<\/li>\n
    14. We’ll get an episode about a corrupt start-up company.<\/li>\n
    15. There will be an episode about video games.<\/li>\n
    16. And another episode about a father not paying child support. (We haven’t had that yet!)<\/li>\n
    17. And another episode about a social worker in some form.<\/li>\n
    18. I AM NOT READY.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      I love this show so much, y’all.<\/p>\n
