So, now that I’ve worked out the details, it’s time to announce the contest I’ll be running in honor of Mark Watches\u00c2\u00a0Veronica<\/em> Mars\u00c2\u00a0<\/em>and the wonderful people this show has brought into my life! I would like to take eight (8) people to see a midnight showing of\u00c2\u00a0Veronica Mars\u00c2\u00a0<\/em>with me in Los Angeles, and THIS COULD BE YOU.<\/p>\n

As a thanks for the unbelievable support that this community and the Veronica Mars<\/i> fandom-at-large has shown me, I have\u00c2\u00a0eight (8)\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>tickets to see the midnight premiere of the film. Would you like to sit with me in a theater full of VMars fans and watch this film for the first time? HERE’S HOW YOU CAN DO THIS:<\/p>\n

1) The contest starts RIGHT NOW and will end on March 6th at 11:59pm Pacific\/West coast time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2) All you have to do to enter is compose a tweet that says, in some way, “I want to see #VeronicaMars with @MarkDoesStuff.”\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>As long as it has the hash tag and my Twitter name on it, that counts.<\/p>\n

3) You only need to tweet once to enter.\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>I’m not going to do it by the number of tweets because that will overwhelm me!<\/p>\n

4) You must be able to provide your own transportation to the theater in Los Angeles<\/strong>. Sadly, I cannot afford to fly\/drive everyone there, so you\u00c2\u00a0must<\/em> be able to get to the theatre that night to see the film.<\/p>\n

The theatre we are watching this film at is the AMC Century City 15, located at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90067. We will be watching the 12:01am showing on Thursday, March 13th, going into early Friday morning.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5) If you are randomly chosen as one of the winners, I will tweet you back and announce your victory the morning of March 7th.\u00c2\u00a0You must confirm with me that you can come via email after I’ve notified you that you’ve won<\/span>. I will be compiling an email thread of all the winners so we can also plan on meeting up prior to the film and getting food\/caffeine, and you will be extended an invitation to hang out then!\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

That’s it! It’s that simple. If you are close to Los Angeles and have the means to buy a ticket and get to the theater, you are also 100% welcome to join all of us as well! The theater has assigned seating, so we’ll be in Row L, seats 1-9. Come join us!<\/p>\n

And in the interests of transparency, I must admit that during this screening, I will\u00c2\u00a0not<\/em> be watching the film for the first time or unspoiled. I can now let y’all know that the lovely Szark, who has been a longtime supporter of me and this community, has invited me to come to the\u00c2\u00a0actual<\/em> premiere of the movie earlier that week. If at any point I meet Kristen Bell, I can guarantee I will act as she does around sloths. I’m just warning y’all.<\/p>\n
